We strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

Returns

Due to the nature of nutraceutical and wellness products, returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return Request Timeline

Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images or videos of the issue.

Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the return request is approved and the product is verified, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our end.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or purchased during clearance or special sales are not eligible for return or refund unless explicitly stated.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
