This magnesium spray was extremely helpful during my first full marathon. Muscle cramps began between km 30–35, and I applied the spray several times until the finish. It provided noticeable relief and helped me complete the race. I also used it for post-race recovery over the next two days and experienced excellent results — no lingering muscle pain. It was so effective that I even shared it with a fellow runner during the race 🤗 Highly recommended for endurance athletes.
